Frequently, people who are adjusting to the process of aging experience multiple challenges: fears about the future, loneliness or isolation, reduced mobility, physical problems, depression, and limitations in their social, familial or physical activity, etc. My extensive experience working with older adults in various settings has allowed me to appreciate these challenges.
