You may yourself suffer from a debilitating illness or you may be the caregiver to someone who is burdened by a serious illness. Or you may experience the impact of someone’s chronic illness in your own life. This can trigger various feelings and create stressful conditions in your life.

My extensive experience working with adults struggling with chronic illness in various settings has allowed me to appreciate the challenges that stem from it. I have developed a deep understanding of the impact of chronic illness to individuals and to those around them.

I will support you during this journey and help you clarify your feelings and identify desirable and fulfilling goals. In therapy, you will be gently guided towards a balanced way of living. You will develop greater awareness and insight, tap into your resilience, your creativity and wisdom, and set realistic goals. You will be guided in seeking pathways towards better and healthier functioning. We will work together to observe aspects in your life that are connected to meaning and purpose.
