Anxiety

Anxiety can affect your daily life and health. This might make you adopt unwanted behaviors that can get in the way of your goals or your relationships with others. You may experience impairment in your physical, emotional or cognitive functioning. You may find it increasingly difficult to focus on your tasks or set unrealistic expectations for yourself. Such occurrences can result in an emotional roller coaster, which may cause you agony and frustration.
